These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nestfixfieldservices.com (the "Site") and any service requests submitted to NestFix Field Services Corp. ("NestFix," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of services

NestFix provides property maintenance, repair, and turnover services through its in-house team of licensed technicians. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee availability, scheduling, or pricing until confirmed directly by our team.

Estimates and pricing

Pricing is determined based on the scope of work, materials required, and property location. Estimates provided prior to a site visit are preliminary and may be adjusted once the full scope of work is confirmed on site.

Scheduling and access

Property managers and owners are responsible for providing accurate property details and reasonable access arrangements for scheduled work. Delays caused by inaccurate information or restricted access may affect completion timelines.

Our team

Technicians performing work through NestFix are expected to maintain applicable licensing and insurance for their trade. NestFix reviews these qualifications as part of onboarding and stands behind the work performed under each work order, subject to the standard remedies described in that work order agreement.

Website use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site, including service requests and crew applications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delivery of property maintenance services, beyond the value of the specific work order at issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
